Run for a good cause in the heart of Port Oostende

On Saturday 2 May 2026, the Port Oostende Charity Run will take place: a unique running and walking event through the port area of Ostend. The Charity Run brings together sport, health and social engagement and is organised entirely in support of Koninklijk Werk IBIS.

Whether you are a recreational runner, a dedicated athlete or prefer walking, everyone is welcome to take part and make a difference together.

A unique route through Port Oostende

The Port Oostende Charity Run takes you along locations that are normally not accessible to the general public. You will run or walk through a dynamic environment where maritime activities, logistics and industry come together.

The route offers:

  • a unique setting in and around the port
  • wide and safe courses
  • a special experience for both runners and walkers
